My name´s Kate and I´m an interpreter. As my mum said to me recently, "It´s no surprise to me that you´ve ended up talking for a living"...
I hold an undergraduate degree in Spanish and German and a Masters in Translation and Conference Interpreting, and am a member of the Institute of Translating and Interpreting (ITI) in the UK.
My recent interpreting jobs include working with the Simón Bolívar Orchestra of Venezuela, a film crew from television programme Los Viajes del Doce of Channel 12 Uruguay, and the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
