The Next Web has teamed up with Babelverse to provide live streaming of TNW Conference 2012 in your native language!
The Next Web boasts a diverse international audience worldwide. It brings together thousands of the most influential people in the Internet ecosystem. It all happens in Amsterdam on the 26 and 27 of April 2012.
Babelverse is providing live interpretation for the most high profile keynotes of the conference. People can attend remotely and listen in their native language.
“With Babelverse we can unlock the great talks at the conference to our worldwide non english speaking audience. It fits in our strategy to be omnipresent and reach out to local markets in Latin America and Asia.” says Patrick De Laive, Co-Founder of The Next Web.
The Babelverse team has recently returned from 8 months in Latin America, participating in Start-Up Chile.
“After my time in South America, I am even more convinced about the necessity of Babelverse.” says Mayel de Borniol, Co-Founder of Babelverse. “Many even among the tech savvy cannot communicate well in English, and this sadly puts them at a disadvantage in our fast paced and globally connected industry. So I am very happy that we can work with The Next Web to make this valuable content available to as many people as possible.
“Who knows, maybe next time we'll be streaming and interpreting a conference from Latin America, so others can hear what they have to share as well!” adds Josef Dunne, Co-Founder of Babelverse.
